We want you to love your purchase from Kuxesavvy! But if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns easy. Most items sold on Kuxesavvy.com can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Please note some exceptions apply (see the Non-Returnable Items section below). All returned items must meet the applicable requirements outlined in this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and other reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and clearance items or any other items noted as “final sale” on the product page.
- Free gifts and promotional items.
- Customized items. Additionally, custom orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
Return Requirements for Eligible Items
All returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition unless they are being returned due to a defect. They must also have the original tags attached and any hygiene stickers intact.
Here are specific requirements for different product categories:
Clothing, Wedding Dresses, Suits, and Other Formal Attire:
- Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition with original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
Human Hair Wigs:
- Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition with original tags attached. We will inspect items for any signs of washing, bleaching, cutting, or other alterations.
Shoes, Bags & Luggage:
- Items must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition. Please return them in their original branded boxes with all accessories (e.g., shoelaces, dust bags). Shoes should only be tried on a soft, clean surface.
Furniture:
- Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition and returned in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts).
Electronics (e.g., cell phones, laptops, smartwatches):
- These items must be returned in new, unused, and inactivated condition, in their original packaging.
- If an electronic item arrives damaged, doesn’t turn on, or malfunctions within 30 days of delivery (not due to misuse), please contact us immediately. You must return the item within 30 days of the delivery date, postmarked, in its original packaging with all manuals and parts. We will inspect and test it upon arrival. If our testing shows the product was damaged or a part is missing due to customer misuse, tampering, or other action, we will reject the return. If you need to claim a manufacturer’s warranty, we can help you contact the manufacturer.
- Important: Before returning any electronic device, please erase all personal information by following the manufacturer’s instructions. We are not responsible for any personal data left on returned devices.
All Other Categories:
- Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Quality Check for Returns
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Kuxesavvy Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
- Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets all return eligibility requirements. If it passes our quality check, we will issue a refund.
- If a returned item does not meet the requirements, we will reject the return. In such cases, we will send the item back to the original shipping address and deduct a return shipping fee of $7.99 from any other refund you may be entitled to from the same order. We reserve the right to adjust this fee.
- In some cases, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund for a rejected item without sending it back to you.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your Kuxesavvy account.
- Go to “My Orders,” find the order with the item(s) you want to return, and click “Order Details.”
- Click the “Return Item” button, select the item(s), choose a reason, and click “Next Step.”
- Select your preferred “Refund Method.”
- Select your “Return Method.” We offer free return shipping on your first return of eligible items from any order within the return window. For any subsequent returns from the same order, a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return.
- In certain cases (e.g., for oversized or overweight items or from remote areas), you may need to arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself. In these situations, please save your proof of mailing. After we receive and inspect the items, you can contact us for a reimbursement of the shipping costs.
- In some cases, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund without requiring you to return the item.
Note: Please do NOT send your return to the sender’s address on your original package, as this is not our return address and will cause delays. You must use the return label we provide.
Modifying a Return Request
Go to “My Orders” -> “Returns” -> “Return & Refund Record” -> “Details” -> “Modify Return Items.” From there, you can add or remove items and update the reason before submitting your request.
Locating Your QR Code/Return Label
Go to “My Orders” -> “Returns” -> “Return & Refund Record” -> “Details” -> “Save the Label” to view and download your return label.
Note: Please do not include any items in your return package that were not purchased from Kuxesavvy. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.
Refunds
- Once your return package is received and passes our quality check, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit to your Kuxesavvy account, based on your selection.
- Please note that the original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
- Due to potential transportation delays, your refund may take an additional 3-5 days to process. We appreciate your patience.
Note: If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Support team within 90 days of the purchase date.
